1. Introduction

StoreAI Group Inc. (“StoreAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides an AI-powered Shopify application that helps merchants design, configure, and optimize ecommerce storefronts (the “App” or the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not install or use the App.

2. Information We Access from Shopify

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account via Shopify’s authorized APIs, in accordance with the permissions you grant during installation. This may include:

  • Store Information – Store name, domain, contact details, and basic store configuration.
  • Products – Product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, collections, inventory data, and related product attributes, as needed to generate and manage storefront content.
  • Orders – Order information such as purchased products, order value, timestamps, and associated metadata, used for analytics, performance tracking, and optimization features.
  • Customers – Customer-related information (e.g., customer IDs, purchase history, and interaction data) where required for specific App features such as personalization, recommendations, or analytics.
  • Theme & Script/App Embed Access – Access to theme settings or App embed scripts to insert dynamic components, tracking logic, or AI-generated sections (e.g., product bundles or upsells) into your storefront.

The exact data we can access depends on the scope of permissions that you approve in Shopify when installing the App.
